The Butchers Recruiter is the UK’s leading specialist recruitment partner to the meat industry, working with many of the U.K leading Red Meat, Poultry and Fish Processors. We provide temporary, permanent, and U.K V.I recruitment solutions to abattoirs and further processing sites across the country. Due to rapid growth across our contract staffing division, we are expanding our Resourcing Team and seeking a highly organised Recruitment Resourcer focused on supporting our clients and recruiting for Paceline and Factory Butchers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment and enjoys playing a vital part in ensuring our contract clients receive reliable, fully compliant workers each week.
What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Resourcer:
- You source, screen, prepare, and support candidates for roles such as Paceline Line or Factory Butchers.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- High volume sourcing and screening for contract roles needed at short notice.
- Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess skills, pace, suitability, and site fit.
- Advertising job roles across job boards, social platforms, and talent pools.
- Managing daily pipelines for multiple clients.
- Creating and coordinating contracts and assignment schedules for all placed workers.
- Completing full Right to Work and compliance checks in line with U.K Employment Law.
