We re continuing to grow our Coventry team, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills within a busy, expanding business. You ll speak with candidates every day, manage applications from initial contact through to placement and help our clients access the people they need. Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but it isn t essential. If your background is in customer service, telesales, sales, call centres or another telephone-based environment, we ll provide the training and support you need to develop.
