About us: The Butchers Recruiter, part of The Food Recruitment Group, is a specialist recruitment business supporting meat processors and butchery operations across the UK. We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our key clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in 180 delivery recruitment, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 05:30 - 14:40 (Onsite at client premises)
- Week 2: 10:00 - 19:00 (Offsite at business premises)
- On Call: 1 in 4 weekends
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with service + birthday off.
Key responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager:
- Managing end to end candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Writing and optimising job adverts across multiple platforms
- Conducting telephone and video interviews
- Building and maintaining talent pools
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback loops
- Supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
