We work with some of the industry s leading meat processing companies, supplying skilled staff that play a vital role in feeding the nation.
We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our clients.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving.
We offer a salary of 33,000 - 40,000 per annum, with an OTE of 43,000.
While the core business hours are 10:00am till 19:00, there will be a requirement to support our clients needs outside these core hours.
Core working days will be Monday to Friday; although the clients working days are Monday to Saturday so there will be a need to be onsite on a Saturday as part of the role.
There will be a need to participate in a weekend on call rota and support other onsite / key accounts across the West Midlands.
