We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join a growing team! Whether you are a skilled boner or trimmer, or looking to advance your food production career, we want to hear from you! This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate offering up to £17.95 piece rate (dependent on weekly production volumes). There is also potential for overtime opportunities.
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 06.00 to 14.30 OR 15.15 to 23.45.
As the Skilled Butcher you will:
- Work in a team-oriented environment preparing and trimming beef products.
- Safely and efficiently handle knives to meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets.
We are looking for a Skilled Butcher with:
- Proven knife-handling experience (block test required).
- Own transport is preferred (car share options available).
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
- Right to Work in the UK.
