Your responsibilities as NPD Technologist:

  • Develop and refine recipes, flavour profiles and kitchen prototypes aligned to customer briefs

  • Coordinate factory trials and support successful product launches into manufacture
  • Create specifications, cooking instructions, nutritional information and quality standards
  • Source raw materials alongside purchasing and technical teams while ensuring compliance standards are met
