What you’ll be doing as Trainee Recruitment Resourcer:

This is a true trainee role — no prior recruitment experience required. If you’re driven, organised, and enjoy working with people, this is a chance to build a long-term, high-earning career in recruitment. You’ll support delivery across a range of vacancies including Butchers, Production Operatives, Supervisors and Management roles.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems
  • Write and post job adverts
  • Screen candidates via phone and video interviews
  • Build and manage talent pipelines
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel trackers)
  • Assist with compliance (Right to Work, references)
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
  • Work towards clear KPIs and targets as you develop

What we’re looking for in a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer:
