The Role
This Recruitment Resourcer role is ideal for someone with strong experience in delivery managing candidate pipelines, running multiple roles, and supporting clients with high-quality solutions. You don't need meat-industry experience - we will teach you the sector.
What You'll Be Doing As Recruitment Resourcer:
- You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across a mixture of temporary and permanent vacancies. Typical roles include General Operatives, Skilled Operatives, Butchery roles, Supervisors, and middle-management positions such as Production Managers.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting across multiple simultaneous roles
- Writing, posting, and optimising job adverts across all sourcing channels
- Conducting telephone and video screenings to assess suitability, motivation, experience, and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining high-quality talent pools for ongoing needs
- Coordinating interviews, managing feedback cycles, and preparing candidates at every stage
- Supporting both temporary and permanent campaigns
- Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel, internal trackers)
- Ensuring compliance around Right to Work, references, and onboarding documentation
- Communicating professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing a high-touch candidate experience from start to finish
- Meeting KPIs related to submissions, interviews, and fill rates (180 delivery responsibilities)
We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Resourcing (agency or internal TA)
- Background managing both Temp & Perm recruitment
- Experience delivering roles from entry level to middle-management
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects at once
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
- Experience with recruitment systems / ATS platforms
- Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable working to deadlines
- A professional and engaging client-facing style
