The role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced recruitment function. We will teach you the sector; you just need strong administration and coordination skills.
What you'll be doing as Recruitment Administrator:
- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Group Resourcing Manager and delivery team across temporary and permanent recruitment.
- Managing day-to-day administration, including CV formatting, candidate packs, job adverts, and document control.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems and trackers with accurate candidate and vacancy data.
- Coordinating interviews, managing diaries, sending confirmations, and following up on feedback.
- Supporting compliance activity including Right to Work checks, references, onboarding documentation, and audits.
- Handling candidate registrations, enquiries, reporting, and talent pool management with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Supporting a fast-paced function with strong organisation, coordination, and administrative capability; sector knowledge is not required, as full training will be provided.
We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator with:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or recruitment support.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.
- Confident communication skills with a professional manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience using systems such as CRM/ATS platforms, Excel, or database tools.
- A proactive, process-driven approach with the ability to follow compliance requirements.
- A supportive and collaborative working style.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Hybrid Working: 60/40 (office/home split). We're a flexible and supportive employer, and flexibility is a two-way street.
