Your responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim and prepare beef, lamb and pork products to specification
  • Work efficiently to achieve production targets and required yields
  • Maintain consistent product quality across all preparation activities
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and compliance procedures at all times
  • Support smooth production flow within a fast‑paced environment
  • Assist with wider production activities when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within meat processing, butchery or food production environments
  • Strong knife handling skills across a range of red meat products
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Ability to work accurately to specifications and production targets
  • Experience working within high‑volume manufacturing or processing operations

Working Hours:
