We are recruiting for an Experienced Butcher to join a well-established butcher shop based in West Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled butcher who enjoys a mix of hands-on production work and customer interaction within a friendly, supportive, and close-knit team.

Key responsibilities as Experienced Butcher:
- Breaking down larger carcasses received in quarters
- Preparing and processing meat for retail sale
- Working across a range of proteins including beef, lamb, poultry, and goat

- Supporting day-to-day shop and retail operations
- Working collaboratively within a small butchery team
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
