Joining the team as a Machine Minder, you will be at the heart of a busy production operation where quality, efficiency and safety go hand in hand. You will take ownership of key equipment, help keep production moving smoothly, and play an important role in delivering products that meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities as Machine Minder:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to achieve daily output targets
- Carry out machine interventions, first-line fault finding and routine equipment checks
- Complete start-up, shutdown, cleaning and inspection procedures in line with standards
- Monitor performance data, quality measures and process controls to maintain production efficiency
- Support audits, GMP requirements and waste reduction initiatives across the department
- Record equipment issues accurately and escalate technical problems for resolution when required
