There's real satisfaction in taking whole-carcass premium produce and turning it into cuts you're proud to put your name to. As a Full Carcass Butcher, you'll use traditional skills across beef, pork and lamb within a brand-new cutting facility where quality and craftsmanship genuinely matter. You'll be joining a respected independent premium food retailer as it expands its operation in Notting Hill. Most of your work will be production-focused within the cutting facility, with the opportunity to work between the facility and nearby retail shop where required.

  • Support requirements across the cutting facility and nearby retail operation
