The Butchery Manager role is a senior, hands-on position within a fast-paced retail meat operation where pace, yield and standards drive everything. This is a role for someone who can lead confidently on the floor, control performance in real time, and hold standards under pressure. You will sit at the centre of production, quality and yield, with the authority to challenge, improve and lead from the front.
