As a Full Carcass Butcher, you ll use traditional skills across beef, pork and lamb within a brand-new cutting facility where quality and craftsmanship genuinely matter.
You ll be joining a respected independent premium food retailer as it expands its operation in Notting Hill.
Most of your work will be production-focused within the cutting facility, with the opportunity to work between the facility and nearby retail shop where required.
