The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives position in Coventry. These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until December 2026. You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery - all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours:
(Two-week rotating pattern)
18.00 – 06.00
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Pay Rates: £13.82 per hour
What you’ll be doing as Food Production Operative:
- Processing, slicing, and weighing products
- Grading and packing to customer specs
- Checking labels and packaging
- Palletising finished goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Reporting health & safety concerns
- Working as part of a team to meet targets
- Following all company policies and procedures
