The Butchers Recruiter have several Food Production Operative positions urgently required in Coventry, CV2 2QB. This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing work into the new year. You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery — all to customer specifications and quality standards.

(Two-week rotating pattern)
06:00 – 18:00
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Pay rates:
£12.77 per hour
What you’ll be doing as Food Production Operative:
Processing, slicing, and weighing products
Grading and packing to customer specs
Checking labels and packaging
Palletising finished goods
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Reporting health & safety concerns
Working as part of a team to meet targets
Following all company policies and procedures
