Your responsibilities as Fish Filleter:
- Prepare white fish products to a consistently high commercial standard
- Maximise yield while maintaining excellent presentation and quality levels
- Achieve daily throughput and production targets
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintain equipment safely and correctly throughout the working day
- Support efficient production processes while minimising waste
