This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real scale, real complexity, and real influence. As Factory Manager, you’ll take ownership of a large, fast-moving manufacturing site where performance, people, and standards all rise or fall together. This is about setting direction, making decisions that stick, and leading an operation that delivers every single day.

Shift Pattern:

Tuesday to Friday, 13:00 till 23:00.
Saturday, 09:00 till 17:00.
Some flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business.

What’s in it for you:

  • Full ownership of a complex, high-headcount manufacturing site
  • Genuine authority to shape culture, standards, and operating rhythm
  • Senior-level visibility with clear influence on business performance
  • A role focused on execution and results, not firefighting
  • The opportunity to build a strong leadership team and lasting legacy

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Factory Manager:

  • Leading end-to-end site operations, covering manufacturing, quality, planning, distribution, safety, and customer delivery
  • Owning operational performance against cost, labour, yield, waste, and production targets
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and execution
  • Ensuring legal, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met across the site
  • Developing and coaching a large leadership team to strengthen capability and succession
  • Embedding clear direction, accountability, and a strong performance culture across the workforce

What you’ll bring to the table as a Factory Manager:

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale manufacturing or operational sites
  • Strong commercial and operational decision-making capability, backed by data and insight
  • Proven ability to lead senior teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • Solid background in operational planning, performance management, and continuous improvement
