The Butchers Recruiter is seeking a skilled/primal butcher to join our growing meat production operation. You will perform primal cuts across beef, lamb and pork, delivering craftsmanship, consistency and quality for retail, catering and foodservice customers.
Day shifts run from 5:00am to 3:00pm with night-shift opportunities available at enhanced rates. We offer a competitive salary, paid breaks, a 35% staff discount, a company pension, and real prospects to develop into other areas.
