Your responsibilities:
- Act as the link between customers and site teams to ensure technical and food safety requirements are effectively delivered
- Support customer meetings, technical reviews, factory visits and audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Assist with product launches by working alongside New Product Development on food safety requirements
- Review product specifications, packaging artwork and quality documentation for legal compliance and accuracy
- Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement activities across the site
- Carry out product assessments to ensure manufacturing standards are consistently achieved
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education qualification in Food Science, Science or a related discipline
- Understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and retailer technical requirements
- Experience reviewing specifications, legal labelling or quality documentation
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Full UK Driving Licence
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
