We work with some of the industry’s leading meat processing companies, supplying skilled professionals who play a vital role in feeding the nation. We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our key clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in 180‑delivery recruitment, candidate management, and stakeholder engagement.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 05:30–14:40 (Onsite at client premises)
- Week 2: 10:00–19:00 (Offsite at business premises)
- On‑Call: 1 in 4 weekends
- Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with service + birthday off.
Key responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator/Account Manager:
- Managing end‑to‑end candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
- Writing and optimising job adverts across multiple platforms
- Conducting telephone and video interviews
- Building and maintaining talent pools
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback loops
- Supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records (RTW, references, onboarding)
- Providing a high‑touch candidate experience
- Meeting KPIs related to submissions, interviews, and fill rates
