The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives position in Coventry.

These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until December 2026.

You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery - all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours

  • (Two-week rotating pattern)
  • 06:00 - 18:00
  • Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week Two: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
