Your responsibilities as Assistant Head Butcher:
- Support daily production and operational activity across the butchery department
- Carry out full carcass breakdown and meat preparation across beef, lamb, and pork

- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Step into operational leadership duties when required in the absence of senior management
