Your responsibilities as a Skilled Butcher:
- Perform high-quality steak cutting to exact specifications
- Carry out boning and general butchery across multiple proteins
- Process beef, pork (including belly and legs), lamb (legs), and some poultry
- Work efficiently to fulfil daily order volumes (typically 180-260 orders)
- Follow written specifications and production instructions accurately
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality
- Work closely with the wider production team and Head Butcher
