Your responsibilities as X-Ray Lead:
- Manage the daily setup, verification, calibration and performance of inspection equipment.
- Monitor system performance throughout production, ensuring validation checks and product settings remain compliant.
- Escalate equipment issues promptly while supporting maintenance, servicing and validation activities.
- Analyse inspection data, maintain accurate records and use operational reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead investigations into detection issues, process deviations and equipment failures, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Support food safety, quality and audit requirements while ensuring rejected product is handled in line with site procedures.
What we're looking for in an X-Ray Lead:
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance and manufacturing compliance.
- Experience operating, verifying or supporting inspection or detection equipment within a production environment.
- Ability to interpret operational data, maintain accurate records and use reporting systems effectively.
- Knowledge of investigation processes, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
- Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Working Hours: average 42 per week
- 1 x AM - Monday to Friday 5:30am to 3:00pm
- 1 x AM/PM - Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 8:30am β 5.00pm
- 1 x PM - Tuesday to Friday 2.00pm β 10:30pm, Saturday 8:30am β 5.00pm
