We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in production or food environments who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory position or build on existing leadership experience within a fast-paced setting.

What you’ll be doing as Production Supervisor:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of production by supervising teams, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.
- Supervising production teams to meet output and efficiency targets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Managing workflow and supporting shift performance
- Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and behaviour on shift
- Communicating effectively with management and other departments
What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor:
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliable, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities
- Willingness to work required shift patterns and adapt to future changes
Shift Patterns:
- AM Shift: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00, Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
- PM Shift: Tuesday to Friday: 15:00 – 22:30, Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Both shifts require flexibility, including starting earlier or finishing later when needed. There is an expectation of future changes to shift patterns, including earlier start times, potentially on a permanent basis.
