Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor:
- Lead daily operations to achieve production targets safely and efficiently
- Oversee mixing, packing and machine operation across production areas
- Monitor quality, productivity and waste to support continuous improvement
- Identify production issues and assist with operational troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
- Promote food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards throughout the operation
