We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business in North Yorkshire, known for producing high-quality products. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

What you’ll be doing as Production Operative
- Working on a production line preparing and assembling food products
- Carrying out detailed handling and packing tasks requiring precision
- Ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What we’re looking for in a Production Operative
- Good hand–eye coordination and dexterity (essential for detailed work)
- Ability to carry out repetitive, precise tasks at pace
- Previous experience in production, food manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday
Shift Pattern: 4 shifts on (Mon–Thu), Friday, Saturday & Sunday off
