Your responsibilities as Production Supervisor:
- Deliver production output against plan, ensuring targets, quality and deadlines are met
- Lead, train and manage operatives to maintain performance, discipline and efficiency
- Enforce food safety, hygiene and PPE compliance across all production areas
- Monitor KPIs including KPMH, waste, and metal detection accuracy
- Ensure all records, QA holds and rework processes are completed accurately and in real time
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and factory conditions
What we're looking for in a Production Supervisor:
- Previous experience supervising within food production or manufacturing
- A full, UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong understanding of food safety, BRC standards and health & safety compliance
- Experience managing production output, KPIs and operational performance
- Ability to oversee QA processes, documentation and compliance procedures
- Experience leading teams on a busy factory floor environment
