Within Healthcare, our Neurology franchise is in a period of sustained growth, operating in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment. As the MS landscape continues to rapidly evolve, we are seeking success-oriented and mission-driven people to join our Neurology Business Franchise team. As the Therapeutic Area Specialist, you will be an ambassador for the company to promote excellent customer service and innovation, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Building long-term relationships with key account customers that maximise all opportunities to ensure each account reaches its growth potential.
This position covers the South West & Wales, from Cornwall to Gloucester and from Swindon to Swansea. The ideal candidate will be located within this territory.
Who you are
- Educated to degree level or similar (ideally in a life sciences or business discipline)
- Previous Pharmaceutical sales experience is essential, from primary or secondary care
- ABPI qualification is essential
- Experience within Neurology or Secondary Care/high cost medicine is preferred although not essential
- Ability to grasp complex scientific topics, identify the key concepts and communicate these effectively in commercial campaigns and materials
- Strong stakeholder management skills & experience managing key accounts
- You must have current and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel
