We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to head our B2B Professional subscription business — a strategic unit that has been central to BoF’s expansion over the past five years. This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to lead one of The Business of Fashion’s most important commercial growth engines. Based in our London headquarters and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this leader will shape the next chapter of our B2B commercial strategy, drive significant global revenue growth, and represent BoF at the highest levels of the fashion and beauty industries.

What We Need You to Do
This is a unique opportunity to lead a key business unit at The Business of Fashion. This position will be based in our London office, and reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer, who oversees BoF Careers, BoF Professional B2B and BoF Insights partnerships. In being successful in this role, you will:
- Own and scale the B2B Professional business unit, delivering against ambitious commercial targets and steering sustained growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy, championing continuous process optimisation, pipeline discipline, and operational excellence.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of six across Sales Development, Business Development, Customer Success and Renewals.
- Drive global enterprise sales, personally leading on high-value opportunities across both new business and renewals for BoF Professional.
- Oversee strategic outreach, working closely with an SDR to refine engagement strategies that expand our reach across multinational organisations.
- Grow and deepen key accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Renewals team to identify upsell paths, strengthen relationships, and maintain outstanding retention rates.
- Serve as a senior ambassador for BoF, meeting with C-suite and senior leaders across fashion, luxury, beauty and adjacent sectors.
- Oversee B2B Professional Community Events Globally supporting the planning and delivery of BoF Professional executive events in London, Milan, New York and Paris.
Who You Are
A results-oriented commercial leader (Senior Director level), ideally with experience across online B2B, SaaS, media, or within fashion/beauty industry ecosystems. A proven driver of revenue growth, with a track record of leading teams to consistently hit and exceed sales targets. A strategic operator who can build processes, create clarity, and scale teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A strong relationship builder with a deep interest in the fashion, luxury or beauty sectors. A polished communicator with the confidence and credibility to represent BoF at senior industry levels. Pragmatic, proactive and hands-on — equally comfortable refining strategy and rolling up your sleeves to win key deals.
