The Business of Fashion is seeking a highly organised, results driven Senior Marketing Manager - B2B (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the Chief Subscription Officer, you will be the driving force behind generating high-quality leads for BoF’s growing suite of B2B products. This role is a critical driver within our matrix structure, working across B2B Missions you will support the sales teams by leveraging data and technology to identify, attract, and convert decision-makers at the world’s leading fashion, luxury, and beauty brands.

What We Need You To Do:
- Own, develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, product awareness and lead generation by targeting businesses that power the creative economy and shape global culture.
- Strategy and Planning: create, implement and manage integrated B2B marketing campaigns to meet company revenue goals.
- Inbound Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns to drive leads for BoF Professional for Teams, BoF Insights and BoF Careers partnerships.
- Product Marketing: Articulate the value of our B2B offerings, including BoF Professional for Teams, BoF Careers, the School Partner program for academic institutions and BoF Insights bespoke advisory and AI tools.
- Lead Management & Tech: Utilise the marketing and sales tech stack to build automated lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the Business Development (Sales) team.
- Data-Led Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance metrics and customer usage data to refine targeting, engagement and maximise ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the Newsroom and Content Strategy teams to leverage BoF’s agenda-setting news content for lead magnet creation.
- Sales Enablement: Create best in class marketing collateral that supports the sales cycle for high-value contracts.
- Stakeholder & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing supports the sales process and lead quality.
- Community Events: Partner with sales teams and the Events Marketing Manager to strategise marketing and follow-up initiatives for global community events.
- Special Project Management: Partner with the sales team to develop and manage marketing collaborations with external third parties.
- Process Efficiency & Collaboration: Standardise seamless workflows and automate routine tasks within the team.
- Lead cooperative, cross-functional efforts across a matrixed structure.
Who You Are:
- You will have experience of B2B marketing with a focus on SaaS, professional services, subscriptions or complex sales.
- You will have excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform strategy.
- Analytical Thinking: You are logical and fact-based, using data to back every decision.
