As part of my client's growth, they are strengthening their marketing technology capabilities and expanding their work with Braze to power lifecycle marketing at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of targeted audience segments using behavioural events, user attributes, filters, and exclusion logic.
- Build of multi-step Canvas journeys, including journey paths, message routing, timing logic, and exit rules.
- Development of personalised messages using liquid, including conditional logic, loops, fallbacks, and dynamic content injection.
- Configuration of campaign-level settings such as frequency rules, entry criteria, scheduling, and control groups.
- Execution of QA workflows, including rendering checks, dark mode-compatibility, personalisation validation, link testing, and end-to-end flow simulation.
- Execution of proofing and approval cycles, including test sends and cross-stakeholder reviews.
- Orchestration of campaign launches, ensuring correct audience eligibility, sequencing, and dependency validation.
- Real-time monitoring of campaign performance, deliverability, engagement metrics, and behavioural flow progress.
- Troubleshooting of campaign issues related to personalisation, segmentation, or Canvas functionality, with escalation when needed.
- Documentation of campaign builds, personalisation logic, and workflow specifications to support operational consistency.
