As part of my client's growth, they're strengthening their marketing technology capabilities and expanding their work with Braze to power lifecycle marketing at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with clients and third-party partners to architect platform integrations, data flows, and system extensions.
- Configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting of APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and server-to-server data connections.
- Development of custom HTML/CSS templates, modular content blocks, and reusable design systems for multi-channel CRM.
- Creation of advanced Liquid logic structures, including nested conditions, multi-layer frameworks, and global content modules.
- Design of scalable technical architectures for lifecycle journeys, data models, events, and attribute structures.
- Implementation of tracking schemas, tagging rules, and custom campaign parameters to support precise measurement.
- Execution of technical platform audits to identify optimisation opportunities across data, templates, and workflow infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting of complex issues related to templates, integrations, data structures, or Liquid framework errors.
- Enablement and training of CRM and campaign teams on platform capabilities, technical best practices, and new feature adoption.
- Governance of platform standards, technical documentation, and architectural guidelines to ensure long-term scalability.
