The Business Finance Group is a fast-growing UK finance brokerage with access to a wide network of leading UK funders. We help businesses secure the finance they need to grow, whether that’s funding for new or used equipment, business loans, cash injections, refinancing or debt consolidation. We are a young, ambitious business with big plans for the future.

Our team and customer base are growing rapidly, and we are now looking for our first Sales Support Coordinator to join us at a genuinely exciting stage of our journey. This isn’t a role where you’ll be joining a huge corporate business and becoming another number. You’ll be joining a small, ambitious team where your contribution will have a real impact on the growth and success of the company.

We have some seriously ambitious growth plans for The Business Finance Group — plans that would blow your mind. We want to build a market-leading finance brokerage, expand our team across multiple departments and create significant opportunities for the people who join us early in our journey. That means there is huge potential for career progression. As we grow, there will be opportunities to progress into senior positions and management across Sales, Marketing and Sales Support, with a clear pathway for exceptional performers to progress all the way to Director level.

We care hugely about company culture. We want to create an environment where people work hard, challenge each other, celebrate success and, importantly, enjoy coming to work. We are ambitious and commercially driven, but we also believe that work should be enjoyable and that great teams are built on mutual support. If you are ambitious, career-focused and want to be part of building something rather than simply turning up to a job, this could be a very exciting time to join us.

  • Supporting the sales team throughout the application and completion process
  • Monitoring outstanding requirements and proactively chasing information where required
  • Helping to ensure every deal progresses smoothly, efficiently and accurately
  • Taking ownership of administrative processes and continuously looking for ways to improve them

  • Is comfortable working within compliance and data protection requirements
  • Wants to develop their career and take on greater responsibility
  • Is commercially minded and wants to be part of a growing business
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

Previous experience within financial services, finance brokerage, banking or another commercial environment would be advantageous, but it is not essential. What matters most to us is who you are, how you work and where you want to go.
