We’re hiring experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Birmingham. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a valid forklift licence.
What you’ll do:
- Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Load/unload deliveries and move goods across the warehouse
- Carry out routine equipment checks
- Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
- Accurately follow documentation and site procedures
What you’ll need:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Solid understanding of health & safety and forklift safety practices
- Good physical fitness and eye for detail
- Ability to attend an on-site assessment (theory & practical)
- Previous experience in a shift leader or team support role is desirable
