Location: Spalding

Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour (Overtime £16.31 per hour)

Shifts: Continental 2-2-3 day shift | 8:00am – 8:00pm (weekend work required)

Job Type: Temp to Perm / Long-term opportunities

Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Fresh Produce supplier in Spalding.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lift, push, and sort items up to 20kg safely

* Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

* Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties

* Maintain a tidy and safe working environment

* Communicate effectively with the team

Requirements:

* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

* Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Reliable, punctual, and motivated
