Location: Spalding
Pay Rate:
- Day shift: £12.21 per hour (Overtime £15.26 per hour)
- Night shift: £13.13 per hour (Overtime £16.41 per hour)
Shifts:
- Continental 2-2-3 day shift: 8:30am - 8:30pm
- Night shift: 8:30pm - 8:30am
Breaks: 3 breaks (15 min / 30 min / 15 min)
Job Type: Temp to Perm / Long-term opportunities
Responsibilities
- Work on the production line packing fruit efficiently
- Lift, push, pack, and sort items up to 20kg
- Ensure products are assembled and packed to high-quality standards
- Follow instructions and contribute to a smooth workflow
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- No previous experience required, but warehouse or production experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge and confidence using hand and power tools is advantageous
