Retentions Specialist

Our client is a market leader in their sector who span the entirety of the Northwest and West Midlands. They are looking for a Retentions Specialist to join their team. The successful Retentions Specialist will liaise with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers with account queries.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
- Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
- Discuss contract matters using negotiation skills to retain our clients valued customers.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, finding solutions, and working in a fast-paced busy environment with strong negotiation, problem solving and customer service skills. Excellent communication, inter-personal and IT skills are a must with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
