Regular events, engagement activities and opportunities for progression form part of our commitment to our people.\\n\\nMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:\\n\\nAs a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance tasks for onsite electrical equipment.\\n\\nMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Key Duties:\\n\\n * Provide exceptional electrical engineering support to the production team, ensuring minimal downtime.\\n\\n * Execute planned maintenance duties with a proactive approach.\\n\\n * Respond promptly to breakdowns, maintain clear communication with relevant parties, and efficiently resolve issues.\\n\\n * Install electrical machinery with precision.\\n\\n * Troubleshoot PLCs, Industrial Control systems, and relay control circuits.\\n\\n * Proficiently work with the latest PLC technology, performing modifications and fault finding.\\n\\n * Interpret advanced electrical drawings.\\n\\n * Work with various drives and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).\\n\\n * Maintain comprehensive documentation, logging all breakdowns and servicing work.\\n\\n * Working days – Sun to Wed on shifts: 6AM to 5PM, 8AM to 7PM and 11AM to 10PM)\\n\\n * Flexible with on call\\n\\nMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Desired Experience:\\n\\n * Strong electrical knowledge – Essential.\\n\\n * Experience with equipment such as: hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, flow wrappers, and robots\\n\\n * Proficiency in PLCs – fault finding, basic programming, trouble shooting\\n\\n * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field – Essential.\\n\\n * 17th or 18th edition\\n\\nMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits:\\n\\n * Salary up £50k (DOE)\\n\\n * Sun to Wed (hours between 6am to 10pm)\\n\\n * Supportive leadership team with an open-door approach\\n\\n * Contributory pension scheme (8% total, with 5% employee contribution)\\n\\n * 28 days’ annual leave, increasing annually up to an additional 5 days\\n\\n * Life assurance cover of up to three times annual salary\\n\\n * Additional holiday entitlement\\n\\n * Employee Assistance Programme\\n\\n * Access to a retail discounts platform\\n\\n * Regular team lunches, festive gifts and team-building activities\\n\\n * Opportunities for professional development through recognised training courses\\n\\n * Clear progression opportunities with a strong internal promotion ethos\\n\\n * On-site parking available\\n\\nThis role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognised manufacturing company.
