FLT Counterbalance Drivers – Deeside

CSP Recruitment is hiring FLT Counterbalance Drivers for one of the world's largest manufacturers of insulation products and solutions in Deeside.

Job Details:

  • Shift Patterns: 2 days, 2 nights, and 6 days off (12-hour shifts)
  • Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour (including holiday pay), after the initial twelve-week period the rate of pay would increase to £17.92/hour (Including shift allowance)
  • Paid lunch breaks!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to move materials and products
  • Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring zero damage
  • Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock records
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Valid external FLT Counterbalance licence
