Vital People are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy Tray Wash site near Coalville. This fast-paced role is ideal for candidates with a valid forklift licence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
- Load/unload deliveries and move goods around the warehouse
- Complete routine equipment checks
- Support general warehouse operations and housekeeping
- Ensure all documentation and processes are followed accurately
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and forklift safety procedures
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
- Must attend an on-site assessment day (theory + practical)
