Brand and Communications Manager £50-55,000 Ellesmere Port Working for this well-established and progressive company, the Brand and Communications Manager will join a collaborative, forward-thinking Marketing team, where fresh ideas thrive and every role makes a real impact. The successful Brand and Communications Manager will lead brand strategy, identity, and positioning, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens the company’s market position while remaining hands‑on in producing high-quality brand and communications output. Duties and Responsibilities Enforce the brand strategy, identity, and architecture Lead market positioning initiatives to differentiate the company in a competitive landscape Manage a multi-tiered brand hierarchy, ensuring coherence internally and externally Oversee audience segmentation and develop comms plans for a range of stakeholder groups Ensure consistent and effective comms across internal and external channels (e.g. press releases, digital and printed copy, internal comms) while adapting tone, style, and format to audience needs Support on the delivery of brand and comms content when required Align comms and brand with business strategy, culture, and values Build and manage a clear, differentiated brand position that supports growth Create compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and assets tailored to diverse stakeholder groups Translate brand strategy into effective, hands‑on comms content across formats Essential Requirements Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related discipline 5+ years’ experience in brand and communications roles, including demonstrable experience managing or leading brand strategy Experience within a B2B environment – ideally tech, financial services, or property sectors Proven track record of developing and executing brand and communications campaigns across multiple channels Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences Strong stakeholder management experience, collaborating across teams and with external partners or agencies Confidence using digital marketing and comms tools, such as CRM platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards Acts as a brand and comms guardian, balancing management with execution when needed Customer centric, ensuring comms resonate across different groups Detail-driven but adaptable – able to shift between big‑picture brand management and hands‑on delivery Balances consistency with creative innovation to ensure brand impact and recognition Collaborative, ensuring alignment of comms across business functions and external partners KEYWORDS brands, marketing, campaigns, communications, B2B, business to business, CRM, analytics Unfortunately, due to time restrictions we cannot respond to every applicant, in the event that we haven’t contacted you within 48 hours please take it you have not been successful for this particular role, but your details will be kept on file and considered for all future vacancies.
