Vital People are recruiting Hygiene Operatives for a leading food production facility in Beeston, Nottingham (NG9). Key Responsibilities
- Carry out deep cleaning of production lines, equipment, machinery, and factory areas
- Follow strict Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, and COSHH procedures
- Work from Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs) and complete scheduled cleaning tasks
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and hygienic production environment
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Work independently and within a hygiene team to meet daily cleaning targets
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required - full training provided
- Physically fit - able to manage lifting, manual handling, and repetitive tasks
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Experience within hygiene, manufacturing or food production is beneficial
- Food Safety Level 2 and COSHH training desirable (not essential)
