Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support Senior Account Managers in managing client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 830am – 5pm
Role and responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts under the guidance of Senior Account Managers.
- Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the development of account plans, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Help monitor account performance and report on key metrics.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
