We are looking to hire a success-driven and high-achieving Trainee Recruitment Consultant who wants to take control of their career and take advantage of the opportunity to join a progressive, innovative business. You will be joining a permanent recruitment division, with an incredibly strong brand, reputation and client base.
Salary: £26,000‑£27,000 base salary, plus uncapped bonus (year one OTE £8,000).

Key responsibilities:
- Visit clients onsite to discuss requirements, assess company culture, and build, strengthen and maintain client relationships built on honesty, trust and confidence.
- Screen candidates, matching their skills to specific job requirements and company cultures.
- Book and confirm candidates into interviews with clients, managing the whole process through to offer and start date.
- Work within a targeted environment to achieve monetary and service-quality goals.
- Provide a consistently high level of service to both clients and candidates, maintaining a strong brand reputation.
- Develop both existing and new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients.
- Take ultimate responsibility for driving the success and revenue generation of your portfolio, exceeding individual and company targets.
- Call prospects to generate leads for referrals and call lapsed customers to re-establish contacts and requirements, increasing your client portfolio.
- Manage leads, add contacts to our CRM, and get creative with email and marketing campaigns to help secure new clients.

- A proven sales and customer service track record gained within a commercial environment.
- The vision, ambition and desire to continually develop your client portfolio, building a successful and profitable business unit.
- Ability to take initiative and manage your own schedule in order to generate new business.
- Ability to maximise productivity and deliver for our clients.
- Ability to manage strong client relationships and identify sustainable new business opportunities that our sales team can help you to convert.
