We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, passionate and driven Spa Therapist to assist with the running and formation of a fully refurbished and newly established Spa, located within a well established and reputable four star hotel. Currently seeking therapists who pride themselves in providing a high standard of treatments and are passionate about creating a fantastic customer experience, with brand awareness forefront of their mind. Our client is extremely proud to be offering Thalgo treatments and products. Training in Thalgo treatments will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to email enquiries.
- Call handling and taking or assisting with bookings over the phone.
- Supporting online booking system.
- Meet the expectations of your guests.
- Maintain and keep the Leisure Suite.
