Based within one of our clients who we have worked with for over 15 years, the Payroll Administrator will be working as part of a highly motivated and well organised team to provide a support service to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for developing and cultivating honest, open business relationships whilst consistently delivering great customer service.
The Payroll Administrator will be rewarded with 25 holidays plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service); contributory pension scheme; annual pay reviews; life assurance; long service rewards; free onsite parking and more! The role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and is fully office-based.
What the role involves:
- Process timesheets, managing the invoicing in line with agreements.
- Process all payments in an accurate and timely manner, taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
- Provide up to date, accurate and relevant information as and when required.
- Manage reconciliation procedures to ensure that accurate and appropriate records are maintained in order to actively contribute to the pursuit of timely payment.
- Ensure the business is kept up to date with any relevant information or issues pertaining to either invoices and receipts, or payments.
