My client is looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategic direction of their product portfolio, drive innovation, and develop a high-performing product team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who can define product vision, shape long-term strategy, and work collaboratively across Engineering, UX, Commercial, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience leading Product Managers and Product Owners.
- A strong track record of developing and delivering successful product strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within agile product environments.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong customer focus.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
